These notes are a one time read.
Use these to form an opinion on behavior of western powers in the world

Note: All of these are words from the President of Russia based on the interview
I am merely sharing my notes here from the interview
In now way do they reflect my view point
Let’s start!
1. US leadership
• A new leader won't change anything; it's about mindset of elites
• What's needed is a fundamental change in thinking that force alone can't bring domination
• Understand that world is changing due to objective circumstances. US has advantage that can materialize to something (provided mindset shifts)
2. Dollar
• Dollar as a Foreign Policy (FP) Tool is a grave mistake
How?
• US allies are downsizing dollars -> increased protectionism. Why?
US using dollar for sanctions, freezing assets etc.
• Russia downsized dollar trade to 13% (2023) from 50% (2022); why?
US put restrictions on Russia as a FP tool

Okay CSEWhy, how does it harm the US?
Excessive dollar printed will eventually find its way back to the US as more countries 'protect' self
Result? High inflation + poor global image
3. Why Putin took Crimea in 2014?
• Russia acted to take it under its safety
• 2008: NATO doors opened for Ukraine
• 2014: Coup planned by CIA, Crimea threatened
• Same year, aircraft & artillery used to launch war in Donbas
• Putin sought implementation of Minsk agreement; to no avail
4. Minsk Agreement & 'final war' in Ukraine
• Involved end to Donbas war
• Included withdrawal of western forces from Russian doorstep
• Ukraine leadership since 2014 refused to implement
• Even Germany & France refused to abide by agreements
• As per Putin, "war started in 2014, 2022 was our attempt to stop the war; we did not start this"
5. Russian Goals in Ukraine
• Denazification: prevent all neo-Nazi
• As per Putin, "We pulled back forces from Kiev based on negotiations in Istanbul. Moment we moved back, our counterparts threw agreements in bin and prepared for a long standing army conflict"
How did Nazi angle come into the picture?
• Post Independence, Ukraine found its heroes in collaborators of Hitler
• The collaborators exterminated Polish, Jew & Russian people. Such were made national heroes
• "It's okay if Ukrainians see self as different from Russians but associating with Nazism won't work on Russia front!"
• In Canada, in presence of Ukrainian President, killers of Russia were celebrated; people who have personally killed Russians (Nazis)
• Ukraine President is Jewish by nationality
• This worship of historical wrong-doers necessitated Russian intervention
6. On Peace Talks with Ukraine
• President Zelensky legislated ban on negotiations with Russia; this bars him & everyone in Ukraine to negotiate with Russia
• Putin claims they reached coordination in Istanbul but Russia betrayed by west post withdrawal from Kiev
• Boris Johnson (then PM of UK) persuaded Ukraine to keep fighting Russia
• Russia is ready to negotiate, let President Zelensky come to negotiation table
7. On Nord stream
• CIA is behind blowing it up
• German leadership (beneficiary of stream that was blown off!) is driven by interests of collective west
• Russia is open to open NS-2, Germany is not!
• Ukraine, Poland and Germany collectively are paying heavy price of Nord Stream kill and yet, no response!
• Putin says he does not understand all this (while indicating how USA is at will here)
8. American Troops in Ukraine
• This is provocation, a cheap provocation
• I don't understand why American Sons have to fight in Ukraine
• Top 3 Mercenaries providers in Ukraine:
Poland> USA> Georgia; why?
• US has issues of immigration, $33tn in debt and yet you have to fight in Ukraine. why? Negotiate with Russia! We never refused.
9. Global order & the US (w.r.t. BRICS)
a) % of world economy
• 1992: BRICS 16%; G7 was 47
• 2022: BRICS 36%; G7 30%
Putin's remarks:
• The rise of 'other' is inevitable, like a rising sun
• US can't prevent rising of sun, it has to adapt.
How does it adapt currently?
Pressure, bombings, sanctions and hard power
Such brutal actions are now proving counterproductive to the USA
10. Other pointers
• CIA actively involved in Ukraine since Orange Revolution of 2004
• NATO is under heavy pressure from the USA; why is USA interested in fighting thousands of miles away? They have no explanation!
• Nuclear threat from Russia propagated by the USA is fake! It's a way to extort European & US money
• Russia will not attack Poland until Poland attacks Russia. Putin confirmed no interest in Latvia, Poland or any country
• Hard to beat USA in propaganda
• West needs to understand that Russia will not be defeated on the war field. We will beat Ukraine any day and if west actually puts its boots on ground, it is world war 3.
Russia does not want WW3. Russia is open for talks, its West that betrayed in Istanbul in middle of war and refused to implement Minsk Agreement leading to war
